- As a certified stablehand Mrs. Janina Dieckmann is head of the daily stablemanagement, the feeding – controlling all important operations like vaccinations, deworming etc. She also takes care of the broodmares and foals.

- Mrs. Anke Kehl has a horse master diploma and is mentoring the trainees. In cooperation with the owner of Eichenhain stud she is responsible for the breeding management, the marketing of the sales horses and contact to foreign customers. Another part of her work is to controll and therapy the sporthorses’ backs and muscles.

- Mrs. Sarina Jastrow is working together with Janina in all belongs of the daily work as well as starting the young horses longing.
- Victor Penzar
- The certified carpenter Victor Penzar is reparing all broken things at the facility, controlling the fences, and is cleaning the running stables of the young horses (with the tractor).
- Olga Wilzer
- For the physical well being Mrs. Olga Wilzer is cooking every day a great menu for us and everybody is enjoying the relaxing get together at lunch time.
- Fabian Krüger
- The daily cleaning and bedding of the single stables is the field of Mr. Fabian Krüger.

- Mrs. Jennifer Kies is trainee in the second year in horse keeping and service
- Silas von Rüschen
- Since January 2012 Mr. Silas von Rüschen is trainee for keeping and service in his first year.

- Mrs. Britta Kruse is responsible for the cleaning of the common rooms.
